Condenser
The
condenser is a heat exchange device, the role is to use the ambient cooling
medium (air or water), the high temperature and high pressure refrigeration
vapor from the cold compressor heat away, so that high temperature and high
pressure refrigerant vapor cooling, condensing into a high pressure refrigerant
at room temperature liquid.

evaporator is also a heat exchange device. The refrigerant liquid evaporates
into vapor in the evaporator, absorbs the heat of the cooled material, and
lowers the temperature of the material, achieving the purpose of freezing and refrigerating
the food.
