3.The operation and maintenance of transport refrigeration units shall be performed in strict accordance with the transport refrigeration units instructions.

4.Because the truck body is relatively tall, and the center of gravity of the whole truck has been raised, so we should pay attention to the stability when driving, and slow down the speed when turning.

5.Before loading , the cargo and compartment must be pre-cooled to the appropriate temperature for transportation and then loaded . The refrigeration unit shall be closed during loading and unloading . The number of times of opening shall be reduced as far as possible in order to reduce the loss of cold quantity .

6.You should always keep the vehicle clean, and check the connection between the truck body and the chassis before each trip to ensure the safety of transportation.

7.Vehicles should be stored in warehouses with fire protection facilities such as rain, sun and moisture, and should be maintained on a regular basis.

8. It is prohibited for sharp objects to impact the body. After carelessly breaking, the small hole can be repaired with silicone glue (glass glue), but the big break should be repaired by contacting the manufacturer in time. II. Choice of the means for fruit transportation
 

Fruit transportation conditions are more complex, some varieties afraid of cold, some afraid of heat.Many kinds of fruits require transport temperature of 0~4℃.Bananas are the best place to maintain good quality at 12~14℃. Some soft, juicy fruits have very low resistance to mechanical injury. Although they require a wide range of transport conditions, they can be summed up.Attention should be paid to the following aspects in transportation: make a good quality check; choose the package suitable for the characteristics of the fruit with ventilation gaps in the loading; keep the required temperature of the fruit on the way.

How to maintain the refrigerated car?

1.Refrigerated vehicle fuel diesel or gasoline supply must be sufficient to ensure that the engine runs at least to the next checkpoint.
 

2.Refrigerated truck engine oil level supply at (full) mark, do not overfuel (replace once a year).

3.Refrigerated car coolant check coolant level meter to see if the coolant amount is correct, the pointer should be in white range.If the coolant level is in the red range, add coolant to the coolant tank.Usually the coolant is a mixture of ethylene glycol and water (depending on the actual condition of the place where the product is used, different proportions are used and should provide protection from freezing up to -34 ℃).Note: do not open the lid of the coolant box when the coolant is hot.

 

4.Refrigerated car battery terminals must be strong and free from corrosion.The electrolyte should be at the full mark.
