Guchen Thermo TR-550 transport refrigeration units are vehicle engine driven units, suitable for medium or big refrigerated trucks with 20~30 m³ or 5.1 meter length truck bodies. Compared with the traditional refrigeration system, the electric refrigeration system is in an advantage in terms of environmental protection, front cabin structure arrangement, and cabin comfort, and its main advantages are as follows.
I. The electrically-driven compressor refrigeration system can use a fully-enclosed HFC134a system and refrigerant recovery technology, thereby reducing environmental pollution.
II. The electric refrigeration compressor is driven by a motor, so the energy consumption of the refrigeration system can be reduced through precise control and high-efficiency operation under common heat load conditions, thus improving the overall vehicle economy.
III. For the integrated electric compressor, the belt between the engine and the compressor is eliminated, and the quality of the tensioned part is eliminated, which reduces the overall vehicle quality relative to the conventional structure.
